I think that when you buy planes they should be there on both factions. I bought a plane for the Germans and when I played as the French I didn't have that plane.

Just the way it's always been. It does make you think when you are upgrading though. Should you get an allied or German plane? Some lower ranked planes are almost as good as a high end plane

I know that it has always been that way. I am just suggesting change.
