I'm not noin wat to do. Ipurcased a new joystick called da lojitec 3d pro, supposed to be 1 of da best. It works fine on all my ot er more complicated sims. But on dis 1 all it will do is barrel roll. I tried everytin I don't no wat 2 do. I love dis ame! Can anybody elp me.

The good news first. You shouldn't have this problem in Dogfight Elite. If for some reason you do have problems with it in Elite, with Zups help, they can probably be ironed out.

Now the bad news . . .

If you're trying to use a joystick (any manufacturer)with Dogfight (DF1), and your getting the barrel roll of death as soon as your wheels lift off the runway . . . it just isn't going to work for you. If you can get it to work with DF1, you will be the only one.

Before buying any hardware, it would be wise to post on forum to get member's view. No doubt, Logitech 3D Pro is good joystick but if you have asked before buying, i could have said "NO" to this device as it won't work neither in DF1 nor in DF Elite. You can use it in any other game.May be near future Zuperman make it compatible with DF Elite so till then hope for the best.

would be really cool if I could use my logitech,feels better but I dont play on my pc use tabs now,pc collecting dust lol

I use a Thrustmaster T.Flight HOTAS X to play Elite. While it will function on a basic level straight out of the box, I run it through an old keyboard emulation program (JoyToKey). That allows me to assign keyboard functions so I can just use the buttons on the Joystick/throttle instead a keyboard joystick combination. It also seems to reduce the "deadzone" a bit.

I can't promise that it would work with the Logitech, but it would be worth a try.

Well Dailey, ill play DF1 whit the Logitech extreme 3d joystick, it is verry dificult to takes off, when you are in the sky you turns most faster than others, and you got realy quickly the nom hacker, droper,.....but i had no other options. Now ill play only DF Elite, for my mutch better, no more problems whit joystick and no more enamies.
I have the hotas X also, ill bay 3 joysticks, all have the same problem onn my pc whit DF1.

Posibilidades.cuando estais sin joestic sois fáciles de caer eso seguro.
