I know an Lt.-Commander I (7) "Katt". S/he's in the NLR. At rank 4, this person was giving me some intense chases with the Swopwith. Flies like an ace.

Perhaps this is the same person, new account? It could explain the more-than-decent skills.

Both katt and katt1 exist in the player records. Might be same person, but hard to tell.
