Dogfight Elite 1.1.7 is out!

- Fixes a whole bunch of weird android crashes (so many different device types it's crazy, over 2400 different ones)
- Fixes a few iOS issues.
- Now you can purchase airplanes on the shopping cart and on the hangar.
- You can change your email on the same place where you change your name. This should help you recover your password when you lose it and you entered an obsolete email.
- Fixed game not working on anyone that got the new Android 9 (Android Pie). They should be able to play now as usual.
- Fixed people not getting push notifications. Now you should get notifications when a friend accepts your request, when a squadron accepts you, when many friends or members of your squadrons are online, and so on. Remember to allow for push notifications on Apple when the apps asks you. Otherwise you would need to go to your phone settings and allow push for Dogfight Elite.
