I'm still working on getting the hang of my iPad Air. It seems that once I get it pointed close to a plane, it is extremely difficult to nudge it one way or the other. I put a little twist on the device and the sight stays put, a little more and it stays put, a little more and off it goes all over the sky. Then I wiggle and dance it around until I hit something or get shot down.
Most of the time now my kill/shotdown ratio is about 1 to 1 when a lot of MORAF's are around. I do a little better when I'm dealing with folks in my category or below. But that's how you learn, watching how the higher ranks do it ... and practice a lot!
