Hows everyone doing....
These weather conditions/laggy traffic/rough updates have been trien these days,
Current forecast for the weekend shows extreme lag sometimes even penetrating up to 3 minutes,
Keep kill shots away from friendy bases or sure enough the winds may take a hanger or two.

Thus entering multiple games and only find yourself in -whats going on with my Dogfight outlet....
This is almost wurst than thinking about quiting smoking, someone help I think I need a twelve step program....lol

J -REALLY like the post u started up with the astrology- 2 yrs ago my son and I picked up an iqe 300 telescope, mostly to identify all that we could for his school project, and continue to use it more in august/september/late october into november great clear skies durring those time frames and with the meteo showers its very nice to plug in a small camers and piece up some small footage..anyways very nice topic...
Well hopefully a better and more clean update will arrive- I think my rank has dropped down by 5 or something, grrrr

Well, here is another one I enjoyed today. A good game with nice pilots but best of all I ranked up to Air Vice Marshall III and topped the table . I am finally starting to make some ground with the MORAFS

Kill Death Rate break even point reached!!

It has taken me ages but I have finally made it and this is a really big deal for me! I now have a (slightly) positive Kill Death Rate. For all those moving up from the noob servers, this might not seem like much but just wait until the MORAFS (and even me) get hold of you

Black Shadow, Thanks for switching. Had a little trouble with that camper. Was in a game with him as blue before the one you were in, he did just the same. Keep an eye out for him... I'll sure remember who he is .

No problem at all. It was pointless and spoils the game. Don't get me wrong, I think camping/patrolling in an even game when there are blue bombers coming in is a valid tactic but that was not an even game, something like 4:1 if I remember correctly.

I agree with you on the tactics, I too will make a turn and take a pass if I have a blue bomber incoming, but never hang around and camp like he did - two games in a row...
Usually I don't mind playing an outnumbered game, but 1 vs 4 and having a camper takes out the fun.
But you are right, it didn't take much before he chickened out

It was a close call the real life ratko isn't a great guy, he ended up in Den Haag for a reason. I hope our ratko is better behaved to his neighbours.

Hi guys I'm back in Australia at last. Will be on line in about an hour if I can get out of this airport.

Just had a frustrating game where a high rank was dropping. In game name begins W and he is not in any squad. He and I were against a solitary group captain. The red was saying W was just too strong for him which was certainly true. I switched and I couldn't take him on either in my spad - too mobile. The group captain left so it was 1:1 for a while. I asked him why he was dropping (since he couldn't bomb the base) and he said it was ok today. Any idea what he meant?

Then the game filled up and it was about 5:2 against. He kept dropping even 5:2 so I gave up. I felt a bit bad about the other blue but rule 1 is to have fun, right?

Edited to add: Do Enigma Corps have a position about droppers?

Its always been a known issue with droppers, unfortunately it can't be control. But surely we discourage it within the squad. For the most part it doesn't make good gaming experience, but for those whom choose to do so believe its a tactic. My thoughts are, its up to you to continue to challenge or exit. But if you choose to stay in game with those whom drop, then prepare a tactic and pursue. I personnaly love to engage them, spit fireing into there barrel rolls usually does it for me, so just quit...lol.... I have a bomb for a reason right...lol

Got the grill nice and hot, hot dome shrimp and even a few kangaroo steaks on, and a the icebox is stocked with brews.


My view is almost always carry a bomb. I only drop for last minute saves near the blue base or ship. Then I land and re-arm before I head to the red base. I've won a game of BTB just me v 5-7 reds, because a carry a bomb. If you get through you can score a hit. Also head on shooting is easier with a bomb on.
