I've always done it from the side, since the target is bigger, but then I need two goes to empty the magazine. I'll try your method as soon as I get the chance!

A person I know was paralysed after an accident. Initially he didn't want to live, but less than a year later he lived a full and active life, and laughed at the way he had reacted at first.

Of course many things had become very difficult, but few things seemed impossible any longer. I think if you asked him he would say that he had in fact become a much stronger person than he was before the accident.
