Do I have to resubscribe every month? My app says that it renews every month unless I cancel, yet I'm having to wait between games. I'm confused... Any knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks

What device are you using? I'm on a Kindle Fire, and even though I selected the auto renewal on Amazon, for whatever reason, it will not automatically renew and I have to subscribe every Month I emailed Amazon and am waiting for a reply.

Had same thing couple of months ago. Email Zup with all your details ie full in game name , device etc and he can sort it.

amazon seems to send the notification a few days after renewal. The trick is simple, try to subscribe again and it will tell you you have already subscribed. then it will let you play because that error notifies the game you are good to go

I just returned to the game and im confused is this a 1 time fee or 1 time a month??I would assume its a 1 time fee cause theres no games in my play store that requires monthly fees????

Wow hmm not complaining but if i play this game for the next 12 months that roughley 24.00 now in myself and 10k other do the same thats alot of money!!anycase why not just have otpion to pay 24 dolars for 12 months 1 fee????

Zup is right about Amazon. I emailed him yesterday, he told me to do exactly this. Within a couple minutes My subscription was up and running. My advice is turn off the auto renewal and manually subscribe every month. You'll grow old and die waiting on Amazin support to get back to you!

it's simple, I just hit the "subscribe" button and wait for the usual "you already subscribed" error, then play

on iPhone it's the same thing, unless you pay one month only. If you pay one month only, it's like buying coins, you can purchase it 3 times in a roll.
But if you are using the monthly subscription, when you try to subscribe again you will get the same error.

you shouldn't have to wait if you paid. Unfortunately it is due to lag between the store payment and the store notifying me. Amazon sometimes takes 3 days to tell me it renewed the subscription for instance.

So, if you have an existing subscription, the trick is simple.
IMPORTANT: If you have an automatic subscription already, and this is IMPORTANT, it means you are not paying manually but that every month you get charged automatically, it can be solved easily.

The store will not charge you twice for an automatic subscription, it's impossible that you subscribe twice to the same product. So...

1) Try to automatically subscribe again.
2) The store will tell you that you are already subscribed and cancel the whole thing. You cannot subscribe twice.
3) The store will notify the game at that exact moment, no delays, of the error: he is a subscriber already.

Done, you can play regularly.


Again IMPORTANT this only works if you are on automatic subscription.

I have had this problem for months zuperman, just keeps saying problem with server even though it says I have subscribed.

I have tried that and it says I've already subscribed and sends me back to the main menu. I still have to wait and can t get new planes.

try reinstalling the game because in here it shows as you are a subscriber. If that fails, write to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your account info
