Hey Pownage,

You are a great pilot. I've played with and against you a number of times under different names. You asked me to join the squad but I'm just not a squad guy. It had nothing to do with you.

Hang in there and I hope you keep trying. You were also a gentleman when you flew. Personally, I'd try to make it more, not less exclusive. Tell players you're only asking a select few really good junior pilots to build an elite squad like MOM but for younger players.

Keep at it and you'll have a cool squad.

Very well said. Pownage get that squad back up and running and go recruit some of the new guys. Group captains and down. And group captain and up. They will all eventually get good.
