Pizza! I could have it at least once a week. Extra cheese, beef, mushrooms, green peppers, and it MUST have jalopeno peppers. I became hooked on jalopenos many years ago and now want them on omlets, lasagna, spahgetti, hamburgers, pizza and other dishes that I can't think of right now.
I love dishes from every nationality but, probably my favorites are seafood & Mexican. And of course, who can pass up a good chicken fried steak or BBQ. :)

Yum, pizza really is great I like banana peppers on top of mine also sausage and mushrooms are yummy!

Way to go kapt !, Cooking is one of my trades and I think goat is under-rated it is just as good as lamb if not better IMO.

I have a smidgen of Indian blood from way back when the British were messing about in India one of my forebears took a liking to one of the local ladies and the rest is history !.

I like spicy food and I'm a shop keeper ! You can take the man out of India but you can't take India out of the man.

as far as meats go

this is the way I see it roughly

goat>lamb>fish>lobster>shrimp>pork>beef>chicken

I can say with 100% certainty that the cafeteria from my elementary school served none of these meats
