Yes, that was one of my favorites back in the 80's. As a matter of fact, I have it on my Amazon wish list and have been waiting to get best price.

I can't remeber the name of the show but it was about a guy called jake who flew a Grumman goose in the tropics and there were man eating apes in the jungle...and he would fill the goose up with whiskey if he ran out of avgas.

You are welcome, Farcanal. I just checked and it is "Gold" instead "Golden". Price for the complete series on DVD is about $26 plus $2.98 s/h. I may try to get it soon.

Ok, I do remember hearing about that and did run across it on Amazon while searching through different old westerns. I will make sure it is on my wish list.

Hey, how about this one: "Whispering Smith". It starred Audey Murphy and barely lasted one season. Back then, the powers that be had begun worrying about "too much violence on TV" which they felt was the case with this series.

Jacob, I used to would never miss Johnny Quest! Thundercats is the only one you mentioned that I don't remember but, I really liked all the other ones.

I was born in 86' so I missed a lot of those on their original run but I watched them when they were re-run if I didn't. Wold like to add quick draw McGraw aka el kabong, Josie and the pussycats, scooby doo, and wish kid if it was in the 80's lol idk for certain.
