They should do an olympic event of dogfight - they may be good but there are hundreds of us that would be on them in a second - blam blam!

These Olympics have been great and intense! My girlfriend said she was watching ping pong today and even though it was silly it go so intense she was even on edge! Made me laugh so hard. I've enjoyed all of the swimming. So many awesome stories being brought go me

Oh, sorry! Parliament is like...hmmm...like the United States Congress. Except there isn't a Checks & Balances system (as seen with the President, The House & Congress); but instead nearly all the power resides in Parliament.

A Constitutional Monarchy is the type of diplomacy used by the UK (which includes having a king). Similar to how the United States diplomacy is a Democracy.

I learned about it in 4th grade, lol. I also learned how great Columbus was, though, so.... Maybe not the best learning.

The queen can actually overthrow any law passed by our government as she chooses - she just lets them get on with it because she is not big on politics.

One of the last great riddles of the British political system was solved yesterday when the powers wielded by the government in the name of the monarchy were set down on paper for the first time.
The "veil of mystery" surrounding the royal prerogative was lifted when a list of them was published in a move intended to encourage greater transparency.

The prerogative, which includes the power to declare war, is handed from monarchs to ministers and allows them to take action without the backing of parliament.

Just incase anyone wanted to go.......
