We play this game because we love it and the majority who play are not talking from the backside or whining, they are legitimate complaints made by people who play. Play your game for a few hundred hours and tell me that when I jump into a game on the east coast server and don't wish to play said game, choose the west coast server and get put back into the game I just left and that the servers are segregated.
So here is the feedback you ask for, I am not attacking, nor am I trying to insult you, in fact I have held back as I fear you will ban me for being honest. You said if older players don't like it to move on to another game, what an insult for us who want to play because we older players like this game. Just so no one misunderstands this, this has no bearing on those who do not subscribe to play this game.
Move on hunh? I believe it's the older players and squads that made this game what it is from a competitive stand point. And isn't that what a streaming game is about? That's a shitty statement he made. After all its the older players that bought into the subscription first for the most part because we wanted to improve the gamE we have grown to love. Taking brackets away so we can't respect our squad is garbage. And taking a star away that represents and officer in a squad or whatever is crap too. When we decided to pay for improvements to the game we basically paid for snow, thunder, lightning, and day to turn into night immediately upon entering a game. I'm not just talking about games that have been going on for an hour or so but a game u come into and no one else is even in. When we paid we lost servers and now the lag is as bad as it's ever been. What a fcking epic failure. I feel like an improvement is to Keep the game streaming which in my eyes is flowing, not skipping, jumping or in other words lagging so bad it's almost unplayable. I feel a bit jipped too. Thought if we paid the lag issue would be a top.priority being it has been the biggest issue. I can do w o trees clouds and New graphics. I just want a playable game in which I am paying for.

You forced a squad size limit to 50 players per squad as a result for squad wars that has yet to come to fruition, what was the point? Still waiting. You ask us to give you ideas for elite, when you promised us better servers for DF so are the servers going to be better for DF Elite? or the same servers we pay for now?

What happened to the customer is always right?
I don't know one business owner that would fire shots at customers or patrons due to the backlash. Being a business owner or in this case an owner of an online game, one shouldn't fire shots back at questions and concerns from paying customers.
I myself have spend several hundred dollars on this game.
I believe if people are getting frustrated and upset it's because the issues that are causing the conflict are ones that haven't been fixed And in this case have gotten worse Or seen no improvement.
Just don't see how adding new in game features makes any sense when old issues haven't been addressed or at least improved.
I've been in business for myself for over half my life and a few things I have learned over the years is that the customer is always right, you never say no and never and I mean never tell a customer if you don't like it leave. If I operated like that I would be out of business.
I work for a pretty Good sized corporation. We raked in a little over $52million in profits last year. Saying no or any variation of the word to a customer is a fireable offense. They take it quite seriously round here.. I think Donald Trump said it best....... "Your Fired."
Every business owner will come under scrutiny and be fired upon by customers at some point in their careers; if they want to be successful the best thing they can do is try their best to make the customer happy. The reality is that there are some customers that will never be happy no matter the lengths an owner goes through to please them. However it doesn't mean a buis owner still shouldn't try their hardest to please each customer because the reality is there are more customers who are pleasable out there than not.
