Don't quite remember exactly...4.4 or something near. The term would be the time remaining. There are a couple things I want the same...like the ability to pay biweekly.

If it's not 1% or more I wouldn't do it, also watch your closing costs. Some finance company's can charge way to much. Also credit unions usually have no fees or very little fees so I reallly like credit unions over banks.

OMG!!! The Smoke Squadron!!! Seen them several times at the Dayton Air show, Absolutely fantastic! Their Skywriting is amazing. In 2007 they dedicated their heart to Jim Leroy, who had crashed the day before. My Dad and I were Jim and Skip Stewart's guests for that weekend. I hung out with them on the Friday before, Saturday, when Dad was there, sadly, Leroy lost his life.
EDIT: I'll dig up some photos I have of them. Got to meet a couple of the pilots, sadly our language barrier made conversation tough. But they are amazing in the skies!!!!

I have noticed...when heroicz drops...which has been every game...we win easier. Dropping like that does not help the team. Just an observation. But it sure pads his stats.

Never hurts to investigate. Two things I want to know. How much will my payment reduce and what are the closing costs.
I am all about paying off debt early myself. You know pay additional principal. Sounds like the term of the loan would not be reset to 30 years. That is good.

So glad our house is paid off. Otherwise we would have to pay for $230,000.. wish I could offer some advice. We got lucky and were able to pay cash for ours. I just owe 55k for student loans, but I think the gov is worse than the mortgage companies.lol

Man what a game. I came into it with a bunch of reds in my face and all but 2 of my hangers on fire.... One heckler of a fight. Me and TR are the only.ones who stuck it out. If MEAN and bts hadn't come, we may still be at it... Awesome game TR , wish I was able to switch the few times I tried throughout the game but none the less that was friggin great game.

That was a great game full of Misfits on both sides. It deserved a finale screen shot. I tried but was unsuccessful. Jay had over 130 kills, he had my number most of the game, I had more than 100 kills which I feel pretty good about given I was facing Destroyer, Jay and Huntress. It was very odd, but I seemed to have Destroyer's number all game. The game was full most of the time, I had Plur on my side and he did his usual sit and whine. Had some cool tank action as well.
Calle popped in and pulled a big sneak and camp which really hurt our side and turned the tide of the game. Calle returned much later and took out our last hanger with another sneak to end the game. Sad way to end such a great contest. Truth be known, I think most were glad the marathon finally ended.

Wait, I thought if one came directly from an existing squad they were exempt from evals,? Maybe this has changed.
