I'm leaving the squad and wanted to explain myself and thank you all.

I trully agree with the rules of the squad written on this topic. I like to play with respect and courtesy for the rival, but when it gets to some points I see I'm not on the same line of the squad and I don't want to cause any trouble.

For example I like to sneak from time to time when teams are leveled, and also enjoy looking for sneakers. I also believe that if you get to the enemy s carrier as a tank you can end the match. I tihink these things makes the game more fun. It's not winning at any cost. I think that when you are invisible as a plane you should leave. But just because that way you spoil the fun of the game.

Well. The thing is that I have seen that when I do that some people gets mad, but not only with me but with the squad. 2 days ago a guy wrot on the chat refering to me: "misfits? Haha". It made me think.

I guess I don't fit in the Misfits!!!

On the contrary, sneaking in even games is a solid tactic used by many in this squad. If people bitch about it in an even stalemate, all I got to say is toughen up buttercup. Stick and stay brother. That post right there tells me you fit in where no one fits in at all.

Todays game sometimes require a different attack to soften up a defense. Many games now become midfield bloodbaths. No need to leave, i do the same thing sometimes with very good results. Reds get mad? Sometimes. So what?

Actually, unless you have different motives...ie. looking elsewhere, then it is an impulsive decision. We're a family...we are different individuals coming from different walks of life. For that reason, we will not always see eye to eye...believe me when I say, there is not one misfit who has not pressed the buttons...some unintentionally, of another misfit. What binds us is the family unity. If truly that wasyour reason, then, like diarrhea, it shall pass....unless it's big green diarrhea.I I have snuck, though I'm not one to sneak. Not because I don't like it...unless it's a lopsided game with reds w who shot well, but because I like the blood bath and usually get on a team with blues who are not as able to hold the middle. Think about these words...you should reconsider.

Stick with us C Pot , what you discribe is what most of us do anyway. If anyone laughs cos your a misfit just point them in the direction of the leader board and see how many misfits are at the top. Where ever you go and what ever you do you will NOT find a better squad or group of people. Still at the end of the day you have to make your own mind up and if you don't want to be among the best ......

Just a word of friendly advice C...people think the grass is greener on the other side...it might be..then hulk finds out about it, and goes over to the greener grass, takes a big dump on it..the grass dies...and then then the [M]isfits have the greenest grass again..you seeing how this works??!!!

Just last night I was in a game with bz and comet and we had a player on the other side flying around the whole game with no bomb yes it's a tactic of war, but I'm not going to sit there and let them shoot me down over and over. They want to use tactics ok sweet.. We will just use them against you to win the game buy going high or to the side. absolutely nothing wrong with that if they want to cry about it then let them. I play to win the game not always successful but I do what it takes to win the game for my team and if that means going high I will.

Today is Texas Independence day...and I'm at work. The home county observes this as a holiday, however neither of the satellite offices. That's fine however as I will have 8 hours of holiday time to use..that makes two free days this month meaning ill only have to burn 27 of the 240 vacation hours I've accrued...

C pot i sneak when i.need to especially when theres a dropper. I ha e no need to be a stat for them .lastnight i was in a game 5/3 i was on the five reds had one pc user dropping movinv like a.rocket i had a team that could keep them.out of our base and were smart enough to.judge time as these were all old timers when i was high over their base they let them go down the map so.i had a free shot at their base just as i started down their dropper left. I declared i was high and would not bomb stayed high till middle of field and said i.was coming down. I was thanked by both sides for this and the game continued. Point is there are times to sneak and times not to. Our rules are not etched in stone. You have to use your judgement. I would like you to stay as your post shows your misfit. But should you choose not to i wish you the best bro i will still.fly your wing

Don't let a few clowns get to you! Your post screams [M]isfit! I still catch some crap from time to time, admittedly I am far from being the best. BUT, being in this squad changed my whole perspective of this game and this community. When I'm having a bad game, and trust me that happens a lot, there is always a member of this Family close by to help me along. You will never find a better group of friends. I have learned so much about this game, and about myself from this fine group of people that I couldn't imagine not being a part of this Squad. Honestly, if for some reason I was no longer a [M]isfit, I doubt I would play this game anymore. Stick it out for a bit, you'll see what I mean!

OK! Time for a Ripper's tales of The Monday!! Haven't done one for awhile. Today's edition is a good one. Had a pretty good day at work today. On the way home and IN A GOOD MOOD! I came across a lady who had pulled into a downhill driveway, stuck in the 8" of snow. I flipped on the Flashers and stopped, got out and walked to her door.
I smiled and said " Hi! Looks like you're stuck pretty good." Rather rudely she replied, " You think?!" Didn't let this sway me, said " I can get you out." From there it went about like this,
Lady: " You can push me out?"
Me: " No, I can pull you out with my Blazer"
Lady: " You can?"
Me: "Yep! Not a problem"
Lady: " Will it hurt my car?"
Me: "Shouldn't, but in the event something should happen, which is unlikely, I just need you to agree that I'm not liable."
Lady: " Ok if you're sure, if you hurt my car I'll be pissed!"
Me:" I'll pull you backwards and you just turn your wheel to the right."
Lady:" But I want to go that way." ( pointing the other direction)
Me:" you can turn around up there, this way will be safer for both of us."
Lady: ( rudely again ) BUT, I want to go that way!"
Me: " I understand, but this is safer."
Lady: " Whatever!"
Patience getting thin, I hook my tow strap around her axle.
Me:" are you ready?"
"yes"
Put my Blazer in 4WD, start easing backwards, car barely moves and my tires start spinning. Get out.
" Do you have it in park?"
Lady: " yes."
" you need to put it in neutral or reverse so I can pull you."
Lady: (rudely yet again) " Are you sure you know what you're doing?"
"Yep"
Lady: " doesn't seem like it."
I got down and unhooked my tow strap from her car and asked her if she had a pen.
"Yes"
"Write down this number, it's 324-4666. Place is called Dan's towing. They will come get you out for about $150."
Lady:" You're not going to help me?"
Me: " not if you paid me!"
"What am I supposed to do?"
"Should have thought about that before you pulled in here, then want to be rude as hell to a guy that stops to help."
Lady:" A**hole!"
