Hey everyone. I'm conflicted at the moment...thinking its time to step down...possibly out. I did something that was quite out of character tonight and the last thing I want people to think is misfits are like that. I will not apologize...but one particular pilot got on a very bad side of me tonight...that along with allergies, breathing problems, and difficulty seeing well (watering eye from allergies), I blew my top and called him a name I never use. But I'm going to think on it with a clearer head and ill be back when I get this stuff under control.

Dont go anywhere. This is a spot many of us have been in, it goes with being who we are, meaning the #1 target of all who try to start trouble. Been there myself, forget it and move on. Those of us who know you, know who you are, and a little slip means nothing to us. Forget about it and stay put.

The other day, in game and afterwards on world chat, I called out a player for being invisible. He knew it, and kept BOMBING hangars. I called him a DOOSH and a TOOLBAG. I can understand where you are coming from Mike. The only difference is, I don't feel bad about calling him out. He deserved it. If I ever see (literally) this player in game, I will only focus on him. He will be known as a Doosh forever in my eyes. I've said this for a long time. " if you don't want to be called an A$$, Don't act like one ". I'm trying to change my persona, I'm trying to "Remembr it's just a game". But again, this is how I see it. I come to this virtual playground to relax, have fun, enjoy some down time. I really don't want some person crapping in my sandbox. Brush it off Mike. Go shoot some reds, it very therapeutic.

Hey Mikey, when I thought about joining this squad, one of the reasons was playing games with you in them...you may not remember but I do. You are one of the classiest and most respected guys in the game. Nothing's changed in my opinion.

No need to step down or go anywhere, my friend. Besides, I'm pretty sure guys that live close to you will hunt you down if you leave anyways...

Gotta chime in on this as one of the "regular guys" here. I have not seen the humor in these censorship posts. My view is that the guy that removed the posts, did so because someone complained. One of the less enjoyable tasks of running a squad I bet.

The guy that had his post removed keeps posting stuff that pokes at the guy(s) that had to remove them. And then he claims he's just having some fun. In fact, he even explained that the reason for doing it was because the "door was opened".

It may not be the intention of Dave/team killer, but I view it more as "I got my post removed so I'm going to annoy the people that have to do their jobs when others are offended". I don't see the humor in it at all.

I might be alone in this view...but I bet I'm not.

Sir Cannon, everybody has a button. Sooner or later it gets pushed and we explode. You Sir are a very positive influence in this squad. I have learned a great deal from you in my short time here, and not just about playing the game. I think the consensus is, you can't go anywhere. Speaking of buttons being pushed, I've been pretty out of it the last few days, but I have been trying to keep up. I've noticed some things going on here that really don't define this squad and the great people in it. So let's all get back to having fun and providing smiles for everyone.
And Finally, thanks everyone for the Birthday wishes, I wish I could remember it! LOL! Slept right through it!

I too had a post "censored" which I thought was humorous ( the post not the censoring) When it was pointed out to me that,to some , it was not seen as humorous but offensive I had no option but to accept the decision. We all see things in different ways and some form of censorship is inevitable. I am glad that is not a job that I have to do as you cannot please everybody all of the time. We all need to understand this and accept the decision of the censor , if we cannot then it should be discussed via pm' s and not on the forum. ...just sayin...

When posting I do try and not post anything that may offend a squad member. We do have some younins and im sure sometimes I come alittle close to that invisible fine line. I try to, becouse they also have a sence of humor and its usually alot more mature then we think. But still there is a line. I try harder to not offernd the ladies of the squad, (Comet is not a real lady just flys like one . Thats due purley of my up bringing the damn mormons are wierd about that. However, I find it more unbecoming to make such a spectical on our thread regarding borderline post.... Frankly ive yet to see anything ever poster here that is heavier then cable.
We have some real top shelf smartasses amongst us and that im truely greatlfull, we also have some very what I would call maybe uptight conservitives amonst us right along with everything inbetween. Thats why we are the Misfits guys. We that mean we are all very different and that is what makes us similar. We wouldnt be where we are with out what we are so lets not start try and push force feed censor or behave badly to each other, you know what is exceptable and if u disagree with a post dont post it on the thread we dont want anymore self inflicted black eyes......

Hello All my fellow Misfit Brother's and Sister's. Thought I'd stop and say hello and, and that yes I'm still alive . I've not played the game much recently, or have stoped by the acehole for a few cold one's , but know this. I am, and will always be a Misfit, Blood In Blood Out so ta speak. This has become more than just a game, but Family, yes Family. The frindships that have developed from this game, will be lasting utill we leave this earth for some.
