Morning [M]isfits.
I got about 20 minutes or so before I take off for work so I'm going to jump in a game quick, trying to get to that #30 spot..
So if you see me leave suddenly it's because I had to leave to work.

Agreed Sir. But with the utmost respect I would like to say that when I type the word "sneak" it is only to warn teammates.

Thanks Brother Rap! Haven't really broadcast a bunch about it. Dad's doing OK at the moment. We're sort of at a " where do we go from here" moment. His spirits are high, this surgery put a dent in his optimism, but he's getting it back! That's a big plus.

Ahhhhh..sneaking. No problem when teams are even. It only bugs the fire out of me if I'm on a short sided team by about two and face bigger guns than mine and especially if they have a dropper... Other than that in an even game, its to each his/her own. I personally wont sneak in an unbalanced game...i want to give my opponents fair game to try and take me down. I have snuck in a balanced game...some with success some with failure.
Addendum...I almost never can sneak as not many of my blue teammates (other than misfits) can hold the line. Last time I snuck, all four reds for through, bombed, and won.

Kamikaze BOOM!

I would like to hear what u guys would consider to be a "Kamikaze BOOM!"
Once I was in a chase with someone of the AOV and they dropped the their bomb on before the chase ever begun. That's what I would consider to be a "Kamikaze BOOM!" haha

I never thought of going high as sneaking. Altitude is a tactic and provides a few different advantages. Especially when you are outnumbered. I never fly so high that I disappear from the map. But at times I'll climb well above my team mates and when the pack makes a blood thirsty run on them, I'll dive for the hangars or carrier. Doesn't always work. But now and then I slip past. When it doesn't work, it forces a couple of the reds to climb up after me giving my team a better chance in the fight. In turn it gives me the option of trading altitude for airspeed and can turn the fight my way. Always been a bit bewildered about calling a high altitude pass as sneaking. Flying off the map and all the way around to the enemy base is a bit different. But again, it's a combat game, not a jousting tournament.

If i chase a sneaker (what else do we call them?) And im up high i dont dive down to 500meters for anyreason other then the target requires it. There is to many opinions on what exactly is to high... who cares. I dont go high unless i need too, but thats my way of play. I certianly dont hold it against someone who does...

Im sure most of us have played against santoxx, this cat has more skill then most squads as a whole. As a tactition he has my upmost respect. Out numbered or not your hands are full if hes red. Santy never goes high and het has an awesome bomb ratio. If youve ever had the frustration of chasing this player at 1 meter off the ground and pulling banks and rolls just to keep up with him running out of ammo way to soon, you know what i mean.... thats tactics, skill and fair play. And he for the most part wins.


Note: i have never heard him bitch about sneakers... never.

Finally got some games in today. Nice to fly with you this morning Sir Crockett! Got to fly with Pagan for a minute. Overall, this latest update isn't too bad. Didn't notice any lag at all today. On another note, achieved my second " what I want to accomplish before I turn my first year" goals today! Didn't post it because I jinx myself every time. Besides, it pales greatly in comparison to the numbers around here!

Was at the Hospital visiting with my Dad most of the day. Was just him and I, had some great one on one time. He's in great spirits and finding his optimism again. We were laughing about something when suddenly he stopped. He got this really sad look on his face. I started to freak out and asked him what was wrong, when this ( hope nether of our wives see this) incredibly hot nurse came In. She asked him how he was feeling, he mumbled something. She bent over to listen to his chest, then rubbed his belly and told him she would go get his pain meds. As I watched her leave, I looked back over at my now smiling devious Father who was giving me a thumbs up. I just said, " whew" he replied " yeah I know!" " I'm getting a sponge bath!" HAHAHA! Scoundrel!

I just played against him...bombing invisible and when I called him on it he told me that I'm going to have to IMPROVE MY SKILLS to get him...
