Just to let EVERONE know, our brother SKYFOX is in the hospital with a heart attack, he sounded ok though at this time. I will now say a good prayer for him and that he will be ok.

The Comet pulled off a stunt this morning in which he has not done since he was 19 or 20...

I slept in by 2 bloody hours and was late for work big time! I start at 7:30 and am usually in the office by 7...I didn't get to work until 9:30... Wow!

Good thing I'm the foreman here and the guy who works for me is in a meeting...my clerk is retired and there was nobody around to catch it...

Maybe I will sneak home at 2 and see if anyone catches that...

Downside of all of this is if I go off the road in my truck and roll it...seems like nobody's gonna catch that either...

Take the bad with the good I guess...

Got a phone call last night from the kids school, waiting no school today because of the cold temps! Wth?! it's like -6 this morning, that's not that bad.

Must be no global warming where i live. Just more lake effect snow thanks to Lake Erie. Hoping for another snowday so i can go skiing tomorrow. I wish i was on a carribean cruise. :)

With my job, I'm a very popular guy when it gets cold...furnaces quit working... I can be quite busy. But people can be so brain-dead.

Stupid Customer of the Year award candidate (and 2015 just got going)

I show up at a house and everybody's sick...the house has 2 furnaces and the main one isn't working. So I go into the basement to check it out...giant cat litter box right beside the furnaces...looks like it hasn't been changed since last spring. Filter is plugged solid.
A couple tweaks here and there and it's working. No signs of carbon monoxide anywhere.

"That furnace is sucking that cat litter dust and odor and blowing it throughout your house." I tell the customer.

"So?"

And you wonder why you're sick dumbass. Get a few more cats while you're at it.

No wonder I slept in today.
